Fort Wayne, IN: Parks & Recreation Director Al Moll kicked off the 15th year of the Lifetime Sports Academy today at McMillen Park.

“Fifteen years in any relationship is testimonial to success, but when equated with a public/private program dedicated to youth, I’d consider it a legacy,” said Director Moll.

Fort Wayne, Ind.—Mayor Tom Henry and Parks and Recreation Director Al Moll kicked off the 34th Annual Senior Games today with the ceremonial lighting of the torch at Courthouse Green.  Over 300 seniors are expected to participate in this year’s event.

Splash Pads Opening FRIDAY

Northside Pool opening for weekend May 26

Fort Wayne, IN: The City’s free splash pads will be turned on Friday, May 25, with plans to keep them turned on until Labor Day. At this time, the splash pad at Shoaff Park is not operational, but is expected to be up and running soon.
