Fort Wayne, IN—The public is invited to attend a free, 8-session Healthy Eating Active Living program at Jennings Recreation Center Saturdays, noon – 2 pm during the months of June – September.

Fort Wayne, Ind. – Dennis Johnson and Jordan Bridges are the recipients of this year’s Albert G. Jennings Scholarship and will both attend Purdue University in West Lafayette. Scholarships are given to college bound freshmen and are chosen based on their scholastic achievements, school and community involvement, written essay and interview.

Fort Wayne, Ind. – The Fort Wayne Parks & Recreation Department is pleased to announce that Memorial Pool will open on Saturday at 12:30 pm. We have reached our quota of lifeguards and each of the new applicants have completed their training. The summer schedule for Memorial Park Pool will be Wednesday – Sunday, 12:30 – 5 pm.

Fort Wayne, Ind. – The United States Air Force Band of Mid-America Shades of Blue Jazz Ensemble will perform at Foellinger Theatre at 7:30 pm, Friday, August 11. This is a free concert.
