PBS 39 Presents The World’s Greatest Pink Floyd Show Brit Floyd at Foellinger Theatre

Sunday, July 21 at 7:00 pm

Fort Wayne, Ind. – The Foellinger Theatre in Fort Wayne, Indiana welcomes The World’s greatest Pink Floyd tribute show, Brit Floyd, on Sunday, July 21 at 7:00 pm. Brit Floyd returns to the stage with its most ambitious and biggest production yet — a very special 40th Anniversary celebration of Pink Floyd’s iconic rock opera The Wall.  The semi-autobiographical concept album from the mind of Pink Floyd founding member Roger Waters remains one of the biggest selling albums of all time and a major moment in rock music history.

As well as performing highlights from The Wall, the new Brit Floyd concert also features classic gems from Pink Floyd’s classic albums, The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals, The Division Bell and much more.

Widely regarded as the world's greatest live tribute to Pink Floyd, Brit Floyd faithfully recreates the scale and pomp of the final 1994 Division Bell tour, complete with a stunning multi-million dollar light show, large circular screen and arch plus projection, lasers, inflatables and theatrics. A Brit Floyd show really is as close as fans will get to experiencing the magnificence of the original Pink Floyd live shows.

Tickets are priced from $30 to $74 plus service charge, and may be purchased at ticketmaster.com.  For a special premium price, Brit Floyd will be offering an incredible VIP Meet & Greet Soundcheck package that includes a private Soundcheck experience and bonus performance of two classic Pink Floyd songs.

The Foellinger Theatre is owned and operated by the Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation Department in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Located in Franke Park, the Theatre provides a unique entertainment space - an informal, open-air community gathering and performing area, built into a grassy hillside. Although an “outdoor facility,” the theatre is covered by a roof providing a dry and safe environment, rain or shine with comfortable, fixed seating. Parking is always free at the historic facility situated next to the popular Fort Wayne Children’s zoo. For more information on the Theatre, visit www.FoellingerTheatre.org or phone 260-427-6018 or 260-427-6441.
