The Community Center Partners with Edsal House Apartments
Our neighbors at Edsal House help tend the gardens and get to share in the bounty. A nutritionist from the Purdue extension office teaches nutrition classes and shows our neighbors how to use the produce. Pictures showing how to pick the herbs, Chinese cabbage, and spinach.
