Salomon Farm Garden Volunteer Orientation
Saturday, March 26, 1:00-3:00 p.m.
Salomon Farm Park Learning Center
817 W. Dupont Rd.

Salomon Farm Park has two gardens and an orchard that are planned, grown and harvested by a small group of dedicated volunteers. The produce is shared amongst the volunteers, sold at our Farmer’s Market to benefit the gardens and serves as a focal point for teaching children and adults about composting and gardening. The gardeners meet on Monday and Thursday mornings from April through October. If you are interested in volunteering in the gardens, please attend the volunteer orientation where you will meet current volunteers, tour the gardens and learn about the various tasks. Please call Amy Hicks at 427-6005 by March 7 to sign up for the orientation.
