Enclosed heated and air conditioned pavilion overlooking Shoaff Lake with:
- Ceiling fans and wood burning Fireplace (wood not provided)
- Seven 8' tables and one 6' table with chairs
- 17 electrical outlets

- Near Foellinger Theatre and trails
- Open kitchen with range/oven, refrigerator, microwave and two bay sink with hot water
