Enclosed seasonal pavilion overlooking Lakeside Pond with:
- Six overhead doors, remote operated gas log fireplace (for ambiance/not heat)
- Small kitchen with refrigerator, four burner cook top microwave oven, and two bay sink with hot water, eleven 8' folding tables, 80 chairs
- Eight electrical outlets, ceiling fans
- Private restrooms outside pavilion
- Tennis and basketball courts, playground and sits next to Lakeside Rose Garden
