- Open kitchen with serving counter, two bay sink, 4 burner cook top and refrigerator
- Ten electrical outlets
- Ten 12' folding tables with bench seats and a buffet table
- Playground, splashpad water playground, walking path, baseball diamond, basketball courts and a swimming pool
