- Lots of windows, wood bench style seating along outside walls, and two ceiling fans
- Two buffet/serving tables
- Kitchen area with serving counter, two bay sink, range/oven, refrigerator and microwave
- 22 electrical outlets throughout
- Sixteen 12' folding tables with folding chairs
- Private restrooms inside
- Playground, splashpad water playground, basketball court, tennis courts, soccer fields, Frisbee golf, small fishing pond, walking path that is now connected to the greenway, lots of open green space and par 3 golf course
