This fall we are offering a variety of Fitness & Martial Arts classes some of which include: Beginning Ballroom Dance, Line Dancing for Fun & Fitness, Clogging, Adult Tap Dance, Boot Camp on the Bridge, Walk to Lose, Beginning Turbo Kick, Boxercise, Belly Dance, Zumba, Aqua Zumba, Yoga for Everyone, Tai Chi in the Garden I & II Pilates, PiYo Fitness, Awesome Abs, Aikido, Open/Family Sanchin-Ryu, Adult Tennis Lessons, Recreational Basketball, Recreation Volleyball, Trek the Trails, and more.
