Enclosed "heated" pavilion (no air conditioning) overlooking Lakeside Pond with:
- Remote operated gas log fireplace
- Small kitchen with refrigerator, 4 burner hot plate built into the counter, microwave oven and two bay sink with hot water.
- Seven electrical outlets, ceiling fans
- Eleven 8' folding tables and chairs
- Attached community restrooms outside of building
- Tennis courts, playground, basketball courts
