- Three 6' and three 8' folding tables with chairs inside
- Wood burning fireplace (wood not provided) inside, ceiling fans inside
- Open kitchen with serving counter, 4 burner cook top, microwave, refrigerator and two bay sink, (no hot water)
- Attached community restrooms outside
- 8 electrical outlets
- Playground, basketball court and tennis courts
