Incubus Refund Information

Incubus Customers Requesting a Refund Through TicketMaster please review the following information

Please note, complete your refund request for Incubus by September 30, 2021.

Ticketmaster Refund specific instructions include:

Log in to your online account @ https://my.ticketmaster.com/account
Click "My Tickets" to get to your "My Events" Page.
Click the "See Details" button to the right of your order.
Click the Contact Us button at the bottom right of the screen and choose "Email Us". Please ensure that in the Subject box, you select "Request a Refund or a Credit". In the Refund or Credit box, select "Refund", then let us know the Refund Quantity you are requesting ("Full" or "Part of My Order"). If Partial, you state which seats you would like refunded.
Once you click the blue "Send" button, you will receive an automated reply letting you know that your refund has been submitted. Note that refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase which is usually completed within 30 days.

Auer Lawn & Sweetwater Band Shell

The Auer Lawn is a large green space located on the South side of Promenade Park. The lawn includes the Sweetwater Band shell, decked out with lights and power outlets; perfect for concerts or a movie night. Right next to the lawn is our outdoor game area, fun for the whole family! Harrison St., located on the East side of the lawn, is an easily accessible spot for food trucks and other street vendors. The lawn is equipped with ADA accessible grass, graded so wheelchairs are able to maneuver through the area with no problems. This space is great for concerts, speakers, performances, movie nights, star gazing, and picnics!

Legendary Canadian musicians and songwriters bring their reunion tour to Foellinger Theatre on Thursday, August 12^th at 8:00 pm. Bachman and Cummings will perform the songs they co-wrote and made famous with The Guess Who and Bachman Turner Overdrive.

Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings have written some of the greatest songs of the last 50 years including “These Eyes,” “Laughing,” “Undun,” “No Time,” “American Woman,” “No Sugar Tonight,” “Clap For The Wolfman,” “Let it Ride,” “Takin’ Care of Business,” and “Stand Tall.” This is just a few of the dozens of gold and platinum hits between them.
