Introducing Our NEW Fitness Park
The new AARP sponsored Fitness Park powered by FitLot located at the Community Center, 233 W. Main Street is open to the public, free of charge, like all city parks and playgrounds. Come check it out! All ages are welcome.
NOTE: Resistance bands are available at the Community Center and can be checked out during normal hours.

AARP Sponsored Fitness Park Powered by FitLot
Our new AARP/FitLot outdoor fitness park features various pieces of outdoor fitness equipment that require one’s own body weight as resistance making each piece designed to fit your age, gender and specific ability. The fitness park is here for you to stop in and work out any time. A professional instructor will be available on the days below to introduce you to the equipment and show you the most effective way to use it. No registration is necessary, however, please arrive a few minutes early to sign in. All sessions are FREE!

Outdoor Fitness Fun
In this outdoor fitness class, you will be guided by a fitness professional and work out alongside a committed group also working to achieve a more active lifestyle. This will be structured similar to a circuit training class. And the best part . . . the class is FREE! Instructor: Kim Labenberg. Registration deadline: April 12. Min.8. Max. 12.

Circuit Training for Beginners
Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:30-10:15 a.m.

Circuit Training is a workout program where you rotate through a variety of exercises (usually 5-10) with little time in between. This class is suitable for healthy active adults and can be adapted depending on the fitness level of individual participants. Prior participation is not required; however, we recommend you consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program. You can attend this program at any time. Instructor: Kim Labenberg. Drop-in fee: $1/class.
