Barn Rental

This magnificent old building sits majestically along Dupont Road on a small working farm operated
by the Parks and Recreation Department. The peaceful, bucolic setting includes a pond, wetlands,
livestock pens, vegetable gardens, prairie grasses and crop fields. The barn, originally built in the
late 1800’s, housed livestock and stored farm equipment and served the farm for over 100 years.
The old barn features a large seating area and tables for up to 160 guests and a separate
room for the catering operation. Additional chairs (up to 12) and associated tables for the wedding party are provided as well.  A separate but adjacent building houses the restrooms. The Old
Barn may be reserved from mid May-mid October. Rental fees begin as low as $260 for 6 hours
or $480 for 14 hours (9:00 am-11:00 pm).

Any Wedding Reception (with or without alcohol) or any other type of event that serves alcohol: Staff Fee of $15/ hour during the serving of food or drink.  Any event that serves alcohol: Security Service charge of $25 to $30 per hour for an officer.
