Please be aware, during or following a rainfall, portions of the trail network may be muddy and/or slippery. Please slow down and use caution, especially on boardwalks.  Always use caution whenever you encounter a wet section of trail.  During the winter months, use caution and be on the look out for ice!

Trail Closures and Detours due to Flooding:

Maumee Pathway - The Maumee Pathway is closed due to flooding from the Coliseum Blvd Bridge (by Lakeside Golf Course) to just west of the Maplecrest Rd Bridge (near mile marker 4.75).

St. Marys Pathway - The St. Marys Pathway is closed due to flooding under the W. Jefferson Blvd Bridge, between Taylor and Swinney Park.

Towpath Trail - There are several puddles on the Towpath Trail along Engle Rd and also between Smith and Covington.  We will monitor the condition of this trail but at this time it is open for use.  With additional rain, we may have to close the trail.

Trail Closures and Detours due to Construction:

Pemberton Levee Trail - Closed for City Utilities Project - This trail will be closed from the Maumee Pathway to Lake Avenue for the duration of the project which will likely take all summer to complete.  Trail users should use Pemberton Ave during this closure.

St. Marys Pathway -  Closed for Riverfront Development, Phase I Construction from September 5, 2017 thru all of 2018 - St. Marys Pathway is closed from the east side of the Harrison St Bridge and the Historic Wells St. Bridge

To begin the first phase of the riverfront development, a segment of the St. Marys Pathway will undergo a detour during the construction period.  The trail will be closed beginning on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 and it will remain closed until the Promenade Park is constructed.  Please follow the sidewalk detour using 3rd St, crossing Wells St and going south on the sidewalk on the west side of Wells St to reconnect with the St. Marys Pathway in East Bloomingdale Park (or vice versa!).  Detour Route Map
