Halloween Haunt

Community Center, 233 W. Main St.


Downtown Fort Wayne becomes a haven for monsters, ghosts, vampires and zombies on this Saturday afternoon. Bring your little goblins to the Community Center for an afternoon of frightful fun. You will be able to enjoy face painting, snacks, a Youtheatre performance and more. Concessions will be available for sale. Admission is free.

Make & Take Crafts • Christmas Shopping • Holiday Movie • Refreshments

Start your downtown celebration at the Community Center with free holiday activities for the kids. There will be crafts, refreshments and movies. Donate a new or gently used bear and enter a drawing to win a giant elf bear. Kids can shop for inexpen- sive holiday gifts for $2 or less at the North Pole Stop-n-Shop. Mom and Dad can shop, too. Community Center patrons have been crafting holiday items to sell on Candy Cane Lane. Finally, check out the light display on the Community Center roof when we turn on the lights at 6:00.

Veterans’ Breakfast
Monday, November 10, 8:30-10:30 a.m.
Community Center, 233 W. Main St.
The Community Center will host a FREE Breakfast for men and women who have served our country in the Military. American Legion Band of Fort Wayne will be providing the music. Reserva- tions are required by Wednesday, November 5. Call 427-6460 to sign up. Sponsored by American Senior Communities (Heritage Park, Country Meadows, Glenbrook, Bethlehem Woods and Summit City).

Check out all of the spooky rides cruising in at the Community Center and enjoy Trunk-or-Treating, tunes from DJ Fast Eddie and lots of fun games and contests. This frightfully fun evening is brought to you by Krooz in’ Calendar
