Spring is the season of new beginings. Fresh bloom, animals awaken, and the earth seems to come to life once more. Come join the celebration at Promenade Park begining with an educational presentation by the Soarin' Hawk Raptor Rehabilation Center and the opportunity to see their amazing birds of prey cup close from 12:00-1:00 pm in the pavilion. After the presentation, continue the family fun by joining us on a birdwatching tour, making bird seed crafts, and learning the basics of birdwatching. Binoculars and craft materials for kids and adults will be provided. Finally, don't leave the park with making a fun paper bag kit craft and completing our scavengar hunt that will have you exploring the fresh sights, smells, and sounds of the begining of Spring. Stop by anytime between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm for this FREE event.
