This year’s exhibit brings a fun and whimsical twist to the traditional holiday theme, offering a delightful experience for visitors of all ages. From the iconic poinsettia tree to large, fresh-cut evergreens and playful accents, the exhibit will warm hearts and spread holiday cheer. This season, "Gnome is where the garden is," makes the Conservatory a must-visit destination.
Visitors can enjoy even more festive fun during the $1 Night Light Display. The gardens will glow with cheerful lights, perfect for a magical evening stroll until 8:00 p.m. The $1 Night Light Display continues every Thursday and Friday evening until December 20, giving families plenty of opportunities to enjoy the illuminated gardens. While there, visitors can also browse the Conservatory Shop for unique and thoughtful gifts.
The festivities don’t stop there! Special holiday events add even more excitement to the season. The PFW Holiday Carolers will bring joy with their performances on December 13, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Plus local Suzuki students will show off their Suzuki Strings Performance on December 15, from 2:00-2:45. You definitely don’t want to miss out on these unique musical shows!
For families looking for something even more magical, the Botanical Conservatory offers "Santa & Reindeer Saturdays" on December 14 and 21 from 12:00-4:00 p.m. Visitors can meet Santa himself and snap a photo with the man in red during the enchanting "Gnome for the Holidays" exhibit. Santa takes a quick break from 2:00-2:30 p.m., but while waiting, guests can meet a friendly reindeer outdoors for another memorable holiday moment. Regular admission fees apply for this unique experience.
The Botanical Conservatory is the perfect place to make holiday memories. Whether enjoying the creative displays, strolling through the glowing gardens, or meeting Santa and his reindeer, there’s something for everyone to enjoy this season.
Public hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00a.m.-5:00 p.m., Sunday, 12:00-4:00 p.m. with extended hours to 8:00 p.m. on Thursdays (and Fridays until Dec. 20).
