First up, Kickboxing with 9Round is here to pump you up. On January 12, and February 9, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., you can join this FREE workout session that’s all about kicking, punching, and sweating your way to a healthier you. Instructors from 9Round will guide you through a high-energy, full-body workout that will get your heart racing and your muscles working. No need to sign up—just drop in, lace up your sneakers and jump right into the action. It’s a calorie-burning experience that’s as fun as it is challenging. Whether you’re a pro or just curious about kickboxing, this class is suited for people of all skill levels. And did we mention it’s free?

Right after kickboxing, stick around for Yoga on the Riverfront from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on the same Sundays, January 12, and February 9. Led by Chelsea Vona, owner of Discover Yoga, this relaxing class welcomes all skill levels. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, Chelsea will guide you through a gentle flow that’s perfect for clearing your mind and stretching out any tension. Don’t worry if you don’t have your own yoga mat—there will be mats available for you to use. Set against the peaceful backdrop of the Riverfront, this free class is the perfect way to recharge and connect with yourself.
