In this series, participants will explore fresh pasta, sourdough bread and delicate macarons.

Sourdough Bread

Sourdough bread has been a staple for thousands of years. In this class, participants will learn how to create a starter and bake a loaf of tangy, delicious sourdough. This class meets on Wednesday, April 23, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. It is open to ages 12 and older.

Spring Macarons

Macarons are small, colorful cookies with a crisp shell and soft center. They are a French classic that requires patience and precision. This class, held on Wednesday, May 28, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., will help participants master this elegant treat. It is open to adults ages 18 and older.

Explore International Flavors

Cooking is a journey around the world, and Salomon Farm Park offers classes to explore international cuisine.
