Christmas on the Farm
Saturday, December 7, 1 - 5 p.m.
Salomon Farm Park, 817 W. Dupont Rd.
Celebrate Christmas at Salomon Farm Park on December 7 from 1 - 5 pm! Enjoy horse drawn wagon rides, dog sled demonstrations, live farm animals, Holiday vendors, and a visit form Father Christmas! Father Christmas will make his grand dog sled entrance at 1:15 pm. Admission: $5 / car
McMillen Park Golf Open House and Sale
Friday, December 6 and Saturday, December 7, 12 – 5 p.m.
McMillen Park Golf Course, 3900 Hessen Cassel Rd.
Holiday shoppers can find great gifts for golfers of all ages and skill levels during this special 2-day open house and sale. Picture Time with Santa
Friday, December 6 and Saturday, December 7, 3 – 6 p.m.
Promenade Park, 202 W. Superior St.
Bring friends, family or furry loved ones down to Promenade Park for a meet and greet photo session with Santa! We’ll be stationed at the Sweetwater Bandshell East. Take pictures with jolly old Saint Nick and bring a new pet-friendly donation along to support Allen County SPCA this holiday season. Santa and the Reindeer
Saturday, December 7, 12 – 4 p.m.
Botanical Conservatory, 1100 S. Calhoun St.
Santa and two of his reindeer will greet the children while Mom and Dad take photos to capture this special moment. Note: Santa will be taking a break from 2pm - 2:30pm each day. During Santa’s break, enjoy “up-close” magic tricks performed by a local magician, and connect with the Conservatory in its holiday glory with this year’s theme, “Christmas Connections.” Regular admission fees apply. This year, in celebration of the opening of the new “Botanical Connector,” the Conservatory offers new opportunities for visitors to make important connections. This year, our hallway Gallery will show a timeline of Christmas exhibits at the Conservatory over the decades. Enjoy viewing family photos sent in by local residents from recent years, identify holiday fragrances and the memories they might bring back, and send off a card to Santa in our seasonal “post office.” Sponsored by PBS 39 and Majic 95.1 FM.
Garden in Lights

Make the most of your holidays and visit Fort Wayne’s treasured public gardens at the Botanical Conservatory where we have decorated all through the gardens, indoors and out! Come enjoy beautiful poinsettias from the Atrium to the Desert along with our “Christmas Connections” theme and illuminated outdoor display of lights and holiday music. Especially effective during our evening hours on Thursday and Friday nights for four weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas, the gardens provide a tremendous backdrop for family photos, special outings, and guest entertainment.
