“Under the Big Top” Winter Showcase Exhibit

Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory, 1100 South Calhoun Street
Come one, come all to the greatest circus Garden in town! The “Under the Big Top” exhibit continues at the Botanical Conservatory. Marvel at exotic topiary animals and astonishing plant oddities. This winter, everyone is invited to go to the circus and “clown around” under the Conservatory’s Botanical Big Top. Learn more at botanicalconservatory.org. First Day of Spring!

Spring is the season of new beginnings. Flowers bloom, animals awaken and the earth seems to come to life once more. It is time to emerge and enjoy nature again. Meet at the Pavilion for a fun paper kite craft and spring scavenger hunt that will encourage exploration of fresh sights, smells and sounds. Stop by anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. This event is free and open to all ages and abilities.
Pop-up Job Fair

Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation will hold a pop-up job fair in conjunction with the First Day of Spring event at Promenade Park. Over 400 seasonal positions are available in Fort Wayne parks, youth centers, pools, day camps and golf courses. Learn more about positions and apply on line at the event.
