- Wood burning fireplace (wood not provided)
- Eight 12' banquet tables with bench seating
- Two 8' serving tables, one buffet table
- Small open kitchen area with, refrigerator, sink (no hot water) four burner cook top and microwave oven
- Five electrical outlets, community restroom
- Playground, basketball court and splash pad
