Fort Wayne, Ind. – As a part of the Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation Kids Cafe program, operated in partnership with Community Harvest Food Bank, meals will be available at Jennings, Cooper, Weisser, and McMillen Centers Monday through Friday between 4:00 and 5:00 pm. for school-age youth (K-12th grade). The meals will be offered for youth to pick up and take with them. There will be no serving or eating indoors as the youth centers are closed due public health precautions.

Fort Wayne, Ind. – The Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation Department will be closing its five community centers as of Monday, March 16 to coincide with the closure of Fort Wayne Community Schools.
Cooper Community Center, 2300 Clinton Street, Jennings Center, 1330 McCulloch Street, Weisser Center, 802 Eckart Street, McMillen Park Community Center, 3901 Abbott Street, and the Downtown Community Center, 233 W. Main Street, will all be closed as of Monday, March 16 based on Board of Health recommendations to limit the spread of COVID-19.
A reopening date will be announced when available.
