Sensory-friendly: Sunday Heritage Concert: Remember When Duets
Sunday, October 9, 2:00-3:00 p.m.
Park Foundation Pavilion, Promenade Park, 202 West Superior Street
Remember When Duets is a dynamic duo of harmonious brass consisting of trombone and tuba. Their music covers a wide variety of old-time favorites from the 20th century mixed with some Ragtime, Dixieland and Polkas and a sprinkling of historic tunes from the 1800’s. This concert is part of Riverfront’s Sensory Expo from 1:00-5:00 p.m., therefore earmuffs will be provided for the concert and organizations that offer adaptive services will be in the pavilion. Between 2:45-3:00 p.m., the musicians will allow guests to take a closer look at each instrument in what’s called an “instrument petting zoo.” Concerts are free and open to all ages and abilities. Indoor seating will be on a first come first served basis.
